About Us
Susan Diaz-Giraldo, AGACNP-BC, MS, RN, CEN is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. She has experience as a Provider in Emergency Medicine, Primary Care, and Internal Medicine.
She also worked as a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for almost a decade. In the Emergency Department, Susan became extremely interested in IV Therapy and its impact in the treatment and well being of very sick patients.
Susan became a Certified Infusionist in 2022, studied Nutrition and Integrative Medicine, and in December 2022 founded Revive Me Hydration, Inc. Susan now takes pride in being able to Integrate Alternative methods to improving the health of her patients, by providing excellent in-house and mobile IV Hydration and Vitamin Therapy to her patients in New York City, Long Island, and Westchester County.
